Sourdough

We’re excited to make lots of yummy treats this semester, like pancakes, cinnamon rolls, pizza and scrumptious sourdough loafs. 

Students will get to learn how to feed starter and make delicious bread.

Each student will get to go home with their very own cookbook full of the recipes they have made in class.

Each student will receive their very own sourdough starter—think of it as a new kitchen “pet”—along with easy-to-follow instructions for “feeding” it. Don’t forget to name your new “pet”.
